Step-by-Step Instructions. For Builder Admins: Web Version

1. Log into Builder Signal Website
   Use your Builder Admin credentials to log into the Builder Signal website.
2. Select the Home to be Viewed
   From your Homes dashboard, find the home you'd like to view. As an admin, all homes will be listed on your Homes screen.
3. Select Actions and then View Homeowner Site.
   Your view matches precisely what the Homeowner sees when they view their updates. You can view a specific update and scroll through the Homeowner's complete timeline.
   

Step-by-Step Instructions. For Builder Admins - Mobile App

1. Log into Builder Signal Mobile App
   Use your Builder Admin credentials to log into the Builder Signal mobile app.
2. Select the Home to be Viewed
   Click See My Homes. As a Builder Admin, all homes on Builder Signal will be listed. Use the Search Home Address feature or scroll to find the home you'd like to view.
3. Select View Updates
   Click the View Updates ("eyeball" icon) to see the updates for that home. Click View to see the full update the Homeowner sees on their website, including address, date of the update, photos/video, description and building phase.

Common Issues:

• Need to Correct Errors or Make Edits?
