How to Get Help and Contact Support in Builder Signal

If you need help with Builder Signal, here's how to access support and submit a ticket.

  1. Search the Help Center (if you haven't already)
    The Help Center offers FAQs and troubleshooting guides to help you resolve issues on your own. In certain situations, you may need to reach out to your team's Builder Admin to verify or modify a configuration. Instances where your Builder Admin can address your issue are highlighted throughout the Help Center articles.
  2. Submit a Support Ticket
    If you can’t find a solution, or your Builder Admin is unable to assist, simply use the chat feature on this site to ask questions and/or submit a Support Ticket. You can also open a ticket by sending us an email.
  3. Essential Details to Provide our support agents:

    Device Information (e.g., Android or iOS device)

    Device Model (e.g., iPhone 12, Samsung Galaxy S21)

    Operating System (e.g., iOS 14.6, Android 11)

    Version of Builder Signal (found in the app settings or on the app's main screen)

    Steps to Reproduce the Issue. Please describe the steps you took leading up to the issue. (e.g., "I opened the app, went to the settings page, and then the app crashed.")

    Error Messages.
    If you are seeing error messages, please provide the exact text of the message or send a screenshot.

    Visual Aids.
    Please attach any screenshots or videos that show the issue occurring.
    - Screenshots: Please ensure the screenshots are clear and legible. 
    - Videos: If you’re providing a video, please keep it under 2 minutes in length and ensure it clearly shows the steps leading to the issue. 

    Network Information
    (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data). If using Wi-Fi, please confirm if the issue persists when you switch to mobile data, and vice-versa.

    Frequency of Issue
    (e.g., every time you open the app, occasionally, etc.)
