Yes. The Homeowner field is not mandatory, allowing builders to post updates to their inventory homes. Many builders incorporate the Builder Signal website link in their inventory marketing strategies. Once the home is sold, you can assign the home to the homeowner, enabling them to see the entire construction process of their home, from beginning to end. Yes. Use the Additional Email Recipients field to add interested parties, other than the Homeowner, that would like to receive updates. This often includes spouses, partners, relatives, Realtors, and internal builder staff. All Additional Email Recipients will receive the same email notifications as the Homeowner when updates are made. We suggest using a photo of the buyer, a home rendering or an elevation of the home. Any personal touch that displays on the homeowner's website is highly encouraged. Yes. If cell service in the area is poor, the updates will be saved as Drafts and will automatically send once the reception improves or a Wi-Fi connection is established. - Can a homebuyer add their own photos?
No, they cannot add their own photos to their timeline. - Does Builder Signal alert me when an update is due?
