How do I update my payment information or billing details?
To update your payment information or billing details, please email accounting@bokkagroup.com. While we prefer ACH payments, we also accept checks and credit cards (a 3% payment fee is added to the invoice value).
How much does Builder Signal cost me? How does the pricing and billing work?

Setup Fee: $1,500 one-time fee for training and personalized onboarding, ensuring a smooth start.

Monthly Billing: $5 per active home, billed at the end of every month.

Invoices: Delivered by email with a 30-day payment window.

Can I get a refund for inactive homes that were billed?
If a home was billed as active in error, email us at accounting@bokkagroup.com with the home details. We’ll review the account and, if applicable, issue a credit or refund.
What if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, you’ll receive an email reminder. Payments should be made within 30 days to avoid service interruptions. For assistance, contact accounting@bokkagroup.com.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
No, Builder Signal operates on a month-to-month basis. You will only be billed for active homes, and billing stops as soon as a home is marked inactive. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What should I do if I suspect an error in my bill?
If you notice discrepancies or suspect an error, contact us at accounting@bokkagroup.com. Include the invoice number and a description of the issue for faster resolution.
How do I terminate my subscription?

How do I remove a home from the platform?
To remove a home, mark it as inactive in the admin dashboard. This will stop billing for that home. Contact support@bokkagroup.com if you need assistance, or create a support ticket using the chat feature on our help center.
What happens to the photos and updates when a home is delivered to the homeowner?
When a home is delivered and marked inactive:

All photos and updates remain accessible to the homeowner via their personalized website.

Admins retain access to historical updates through the Archived Homes section of the dashboard.
Do homeowners pay for the use of Builder Signal?
No. Builder Signal is a service offered free of charge to their home owner customers.
Is any of the information in this help center relevant to homeowners?
Not at this time. Builder Signal works directly with home builders to offer construction update tools. Builders in turn use Builder Signal to provide the updates directly to their buyers. Home owners are not able to send updates.
