FQA_About Builder Signal Roles: Builder App Users

Builder App Users:

• These are typically field managers, salespeople or project mangers responsible for making Homeowner updates.
• Can only post updates to Homeowners assigned to them by a Builder Admin.
• Once created by a Builder Admin, a Builder App User will receive an email welcoming them to Builder Signal. That email will include a link to download the Builder Signal Mobile App and set a password.
• Builder App Users do not have access to the web version of Builder Signal or the Builder Admin dashboard.

Downloading the Builder Signal Mobile App:

• Builder App Users must download the Builder Signal Mobile App from the Play Store or App Store to send updates. See our article, How to Download the Builder Signal Mobile App.

Builder App Users Common Tasks Include:

• Updates: Send Homeowner Updates
• Updates: View Homeowner Updates
• Messages: Send In-App Messages to Homeowners
